Is it easy to get to and from the airport?

Absolutely! Guests can travel from the city’s two main airports directly to Termini station and then it’s as simple as simply walking to us from there. We are only a short walk away.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, a continental Italian breakfast is included in the room price and is served to your room.

Is there internet access?

There certainly is. We have free high speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel but also offer a wired internet port in each of our renovated rooms

Is the hotel in a good location?

Definitely. The hotel is situated close to many shops and restaurants and is also within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions. It is also extremely well connected by public transport to every part of the city including the Vatican by nearby underground lines. See our Location and Nearby Attractions pages for more details.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

All of our rooms have new private en-suite bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

What payment methods are available to me?

We gladly accept cash, and all cards except American Express & Diners Club.

Will the staff be able to speak my language?

Yes! The staff speak English, Italian and Spanish and are available 24hrs per day on reception to help you with whatever you need, particularly tourist information and booking services.

When can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm
Check-out is until noon

Is there private parking available?

Unfortunately not

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, each of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort

Is there a TV in my room?

All of our rooms come equipped with flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi internet access
